Math Dice Junior by Thinkfun is the perfect dice game to introduce or reinforce  number skills in children. Roll the 12-sided Target Die to get your target number, then roll the five 6-sided Scoring Dice. Using addition and/or subtraction, combine the Scoring Dice to match the target number, moving one space on the Scoring Track for every Scoring Die used. The first player to reach the finish line wins.

The rules above describe competitive MathDice Jr. play. To make game play as enjoyable and appropriate as possible, we encourage you to modify the rules to best suit your particular player(s). Here are two suggestions, try these or make up your own rules!
