V-Twin Motorcycle Engine by Machine Works

Learn about the engineering and physics of engines as you build a fully functional, motorised model of a V-Twin motorcycle engine with V-Twin Motorcycle Engine by Machine Works. Features sound recorded from a real engine, plated exhausts, air filter cover and engine side covers to give the finished model a customized look. The see-through cylinders and illuminating spark plugs allow you to see how each part of the engine works. There is a  fully functional overhead cam valve operation.

V-Twin Motorcycle Engine by Machine Works contains more than 150 pieces and all that you need to assemble the model. Comes with a Haynes style manual giving you step by step instructions including diagrams. The manual has interesting information about V-Twin engines.

Once completed  the V-Twin Motorcycle Engine model can be turned on to reveal moving parts, certain illuminated components and engine sounds. Transparent housings mean you can see how a machine works from the inside outwards with the step by step manuals  to guide you.

Powered by 3 x AA batteries, not included. Recommended for ages 10+ with adult guidance.
